<p>The present invention relates to a transgenic yeast for producing fatty acid, which is transformed by using a recombinant vector including at least one nucleotide sequence selected from a group consisting of (i) a nucleotide sequence which codes an oxo acyl delivering protein reductase (fabG) derived from Streptococcus pyogenes; (ii) a nucleotide sequence which codes a hydroxyl myristoyl delivering protein dehydratase (fabZ); (iii) a nucleotide sequence which codes an enoil delivering protein reductase II(fabK); and (iv) a nucleotide sequence which codes an oleyl delivering protein hydrolase (EC3.1.2.14). According to the present invention, the transgenic yeast for producing fatty acid expresses enzymes related to fatty acid derived from Streptococcus pyogenes at the same time and has an outstanding capacity of producing fatty acid.</p> |
