摘要 <p>PURPOSE: Cupriavidus necator-derived succinate semialdehyde dehydrogenase is provided to ensure excellent oxidation compared with E.coli-derived aldehyde dehydrogenase(AldH), and to excellently produce 3-hydroxypropionic acid(3-HP). CONSTITUTION: A recombinant microorganism which produces 2-HP contains a polynucleotide encoding a polypeptide sequence of sequence number 2, which converts 3-hydroxypropioinic aldehyde into 3-HP. The recombinant microorganism additionally contains a polynucleotide encoding glycerol or diol dehydratase. A method for preparing 3-HP comprises a step of culturing the recombinant microorganism under the presence of 3-hydroxypropionaldehyde or a condition for producing 3-hydroxypropionaldehyde. The method comprises a step of culturing the recombinant microorganism in a medium containing one or more carbon sources among glycerol and glucose.</p>
