In the present invention, disclosed are a label and a container with the same. The disclosed label includes a plurality of through holes formed in a thickness direction. The label includes a base film and an ink layer which is arranged on one side of the base film. The through holes pass through the base film and the ink layer. The label according to the present invention has high adhesion with the container and is easily and quickly separated from the waste container when the waste container is recycled.
