<p>Wind-driven electric plant Concept of invention: a wind-driven electric plant comprises an inlet shell shaped as a circle and a circular outer shell. Inside the circular shell, provision is made of a coaxially arranged turbine. Kinematically coupled with the turbine is a mechanism for the conversion of mechanical energy. The outer shell is eccentrically mounted relative to the inlet shell.
