In the present invention, provided are a magnetic nanoparticle-polymer composite and a manufacturing method thereof wherein the composite has a crystalline polymer matrix including a polymer with a polar functional group, and magnetic nanoparticles are dispersed in the polymer matrix. In the present invention, provided are a manufacturing method of the magnetic nanoparticle-polymer composite, which is manufactured as a three-dimensional bulk material in a lower processing cost, and the magnetic nanoparticle-polymer composite.
