a reception unit that receives from a mobile terminal: (1) a first request to provide management target information stored in a memory of the information processing apparatus, and (2) first location information indicating a location of the mobile terminal from where the first request is transmitted;a controller that associates the first location information received by the reception unit with the management target information in the memory of the information processing apparatus; anda provision unit that provides the management target information associated with the first location information corresponding to second location information, after the reception unit receives (1) a second request to provide management target information, and (2) the second location information indicating a second location of a second mobile terminal from where the second request is transmitted.
