<p>Proposed in the present invention are a magnetoelectric material and a method for forming the same capable of controlling the electric properties by magnetic field or vice versa. More specifically, proposed in the present invention is a magnetoelectric material and a method for forming the same capable of controlling the distances between magnetic ions which interact using nonmagnetic ions or alkali earth metal ions. According to the present invention, the magnetoelectric material is capable of inducing 0.01-20% of susceptibility changes in room temperatures by the electric field caused by the changes the chemical component ratios, and in accordance with the magnetoelectric status, the induced susceptibility caused by the electric filed changes, thus can be utilized in various electromagnetism fields.</p> |
