The present invention relates to a drum dyeing machine for dyeing a garment composed of synthetic fiber. More particularly, the present invention can effectively express the characteristics of dyeing a synthetic fiber garment by exerting shock and friction on the garment in an ultralow liquor ratio while enabling dyeing at high temperatures equal to or higher than 130°C and at high pressure. As a means for solving problems, the present invention has an inlet configured at one side of a cylindrical dyeing bath, has a door installed at the inlet to be able to be opened and closed, has ventholes formed inside the dyeing bath, has a rotor basket with an openable entrance part installed to be able to be rotated by a driving motor and a driving axis, has hanging protrusion pieces with a twist surface installed at regular intervals on the inner surface of the rotor basket, has a dye spray nozzle installed on the inner surface of the entrance part of the rotor basket, and has a guide cover installed at the upper part of the dye spray nozzle. Dye is sprayed through the dye spray nozzle at high temperature and high pressure after inputting a sewed clothing product, i.e., a garment into the rotor basket. The sprayed dye is recovered through a recovery pipe and is reused after being heated. Uniform garment dyeing is enabled by rotating the rotor basket forward and backward simultaneously, thereby repeating the process of raising and dropping the garment while mixing the garment uniformly via the hanging protrusion pieces. |
