<p>The present invention relates to a method to use a building and a site which are sued to be evicted. Surroundings become dirty and litigants are hurt during a suit. Traders and residents near the building share pain without a reason. Various benefits can be obtained if the building can be used for an advertisement in the above situation. An inactive building can be used by installing a sign board and a banner on the wall of the building. An advertisement is also possible in a land using a fixture. Revenues coming from the above usages can be used not only for litigants but also for decorating dirty areas to make the areas clean and pretty. Performing the above is difficult only by personal power and should be performed by an office including a city office by being established as institutions.</p> |
