Disclosed is an insoluble anode and an electrolytic copper foil apparatus having the same. The insoluble anode is installed to face the bottom of a cathode roller partially dipped in an electrolyte in an electrolytic bath. The insoluble anode comprises: a circular-arc-shaped metal base plate facing the bottom of the cathode roller at a predetermined distance; and an electrode plate detachably attached to one inner side of the metal base plate, facing the cathode roller. A pair of electrode plates having the same size or a pair of electrode plates integrated together is joined to the inner side of the metal base plate.
