The present invention relates to an office swivel chair and, more specifically, to an office swivel chair, which may reduce time and cost required for the manufacture thereof by upgrading the structure of the office swivel chair where a user can lean on a back and an armrest in a comfortable position to take a rest, and whose structure may be changed according to winter and summer seasons, and which may support the user′s weight for a long time, and which ultimately improves durability, thereby being used semipermanently. The office swivel chair includes: a body part formed in a″┛″shape, and configured to form the overall appearance by forming a center of a portion, which is perpendicular to the ground, into the shape of an open rim; a head support part provided on an upper end of the body part to support a user′s head and neck; a height adjustment part provided on a lower end of the body part to adjust the height of the body part; a rotating part provided on a lower end of the height adjustment part to rotate the body part; a seating part provided on a lower end of the inside of the body part to support the user′s hip; armrest parts provided on right and left sides of the seating part, respectively, to support the user′s arms; a back part provided on a front part of the inside of the body part in a vertical direction of the body part to support the user′s back; and a cushion part provided on a front part of the back part to provide a feeling of cushion to the user′s back.
