<p>The present invention relates to a block rubber transfer apparatus for a tire mixing process which produces various rubber used in a tired by mixing various raw materials required for tire manufacture. To do this end, the block rubber transfer apparatus for a tire mixing process is formed in order to insert multiple block rubber (2) into a mixer (4) by transferring the multiple block rubber (2) loaded in a pallet (1) to a transfer conveyer and measuring the multiple block rubber (2) by cutting the multiple block rubber (2) with a knife (3). The block rubber transfer apparatus for a tire mixing process comprises: a tilting dumper (6) which is gathered by tilting a ration operator (5) to a support axis in order to pour the whole of the block rubber (2) loaded in the pallet (1); a transfer conveyer (9) which has a vibration arrangement part (7) and a transfer part (8) transferring and arranging the block rubber (2) inserted by being poured from the tilting dumper (6); an automatic cutting part (11) which cuts the block rubber (2) after stopping the block rubber (2) transferred through the transfer conveyer (9) with a material sensing sensor (10); a measurement conveyer (12) which measures the weight of the cut block rubber (2) and transfers the cut block rubber(2) by containing a load cell at the lower part; and an insertion conveyer (13) which inserts the block rubber (2) into the mixer (4) by being connected to the measurement conveyer (12).</p> |
