The present invention provides a water purification device that decreases the efficiency of photosynthesis of algae and lowers temperature by generating water surface waves and water microbubbles efficiently in a water region during water circulation to decrease light transmittance, thereby maximally blocking sunlight necessary for the photosynthesis of algae. To achieve the purpose, the present invention comprises: a bottom part placed in water; buoys installed around the bottom part; wall parts extending between the buoys and having upper end parts formed in a round shape; a microorganism supply part arranged between the bottom part and the wall parts; a microfilter part installed on the penetrating hole, which is formed on the bottom part, to form supplied air into microbubbles and discharge the microbubbles; and a motor for driving an impeller installed at the lower part of the microfilter, wherein the wall part is formed higher than the microorganism supply part. The water purification device according to the present invention, as configured above, maximally prevents sunlight from penetrating raw water by circulating raw water to the surface of the water and forming microbubbles and water surface waves near the surface of the water. Therefore, the prosperity of algae is prevented by reducing the photosynthesis efficiency of the algae and lowering the temperature via the blocking of sunlight. |
