<p>Disclosed are a skin pass roll capable of effectively removing a defect on the surface of a steel sheet by designing and processing an embossed design processing pattern in the optimal form on the surface of a body of a skin pass roll; and a method for manufacturing a galvannealed steel sheet using the same. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the skin pass roll comprises: skin pass roll bodies respectively mounted on the upper part and the lower part of a steel sheet to skin pass the steel sheet passing through the inter-space rotating with each other; and multiple embossed design processing patterns transferred and processed on the surface of the skin pass roll body to remove a defect on the surface of the steel sheet. The multiple embossed design processing patterns are characterized by having X = 50-100μm, Y-X = 50-100μm, and Z = 15-20μm. (In here, X is the diameter of an embossed design processing pattern, Y is the shortest distance between the points of the nearby embossed design processing patterns, and Z is the thickness of the embossed design processing pattern.).</p> |
