The present invention relates to a connector for connecting earphones and a manufacturing method thereof, more particularly, to a connector which is capable of connecting a wire to earphones without soldering. A connector for connecting earphones of the present invention includes: a connector (100) which comprises a socket cover (140) electrically connecting an inserted wire (211) and a substrate (110) to which the socket cover (140) is fixated; an accommodation component (200) which comprises an insulating base unit (230) for fixating the wire (211) connected to the connector (100); a case unit (220) which is formed at the rear end of the insulating base unit (230) for accommodating the wire (211); and a wire tube unit (210) which is formed at the rear end of the case unit (220) for surrounding at least one wire (211); a switch cover (300) which is vertically engaged with the front end of the connector (100) for adjusting volume and voice call of the earphones; an upper case (400) which is engaged with the connector (100) and accommodation component (200) and covers the vertically engaged switch cover (300); and a lower case (500) for covering the engaged connector (100) and a lower part of the accommodation component (200). Therefore, the failure and man-hour can be reduced by connecting the wire using the module assembly type connector for connecting earphones and the manufacturing method thereof without soldering. |
