<p>The present invention relates to a pharmaceutical composition for preventing or treating cardiovascular diseases comprising a kamolonol compound as an active ingredient, and more specifically, to a pharmaceutical composition for preventing or treating cardiovascular diseases comprising a kamolonol compound which is an extract separated from Ferula assafoetida mushroom as an active ingredient, and to a method for preparing the kamolonol compound. According to the present invention, the kamolonol compound or pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof is effective in hindering Roh kinase and has no cytotoxicity, thereby being usable as a medicine for preventing or treating cardiovascular diseases such as high blood pressure, cardiac heart failure, cardiac infraction, etc carried by Roh kinase.</p> |
