The present invention provides a wind power generator, which is capable of blocking structureborne noise transmitted along a tower structure from a nacelle. The wind power generator includes: a blade rotated by wind; a shaft fixed with the blade and configured to function as a central axis of rotation; a nacelle provided with a generator which produces electricity by rotation of the shaft; a tower structure configured to support the nacelle; and a soundproof cover provided on a bottom part of the nacelle to block structureborne noise transmitted along the tower structure from the nacelle from being emitted to the outside, and provided to surround a top part of the tower structure.
