The present invention relates to a lining apparatus to recover a deteriorated pipe capable of an unmanned operation having a length adjustable lining apparatus according to a pipe diameter. The lining apparatus to recover a deteriorated pipe includes: a body frame (100) composing a vehicle body; a plurality of wheel track apparatuses (200) arranged while constituting pairs of wheel track apparatuses; a variable centering module performing an elevating movement; a variable supporting module (1000) supporting the vehicle body; a lining apparatus (1600) forming a film using a nozzle (1601); and a free parallel platform of three degrees (700) which expands a work space of the lining apparatus (1600) and facilitates the direction conversion of the lining apparatus (1600), and enables the film which has a thickness more than a predetermined thickness to be stacked on an inner surface of the deteriorated pipe. Accordingly, the present invention provides the lining apparatus to recover a deteriorated pipe able to doubly adjust a height, and facilitates the direction conversion of a recovering apparatus when passing a portion of a bent pipe.
