Process for systematizing the activities of promotion, diffusion, communication, liaise and link between people and/or offices and/or companies and/or audience in general, which includes an Integral Process containing more than 1500 databases or directories, the Integral Process allowing files to be removed, updated, imported and exported with the purpose of facilitating the inner work; it is a UNIQUE and very powerful Integral Process, which is applied in a country, or as a Globalizing Integral Tool assisted by the Ley Federal de Transparencia y Acceso a la Información de Datos (IFAI) (Federal Law on Protection of Transparency and Access to Public Data by its name in English) that obliges and publishes the directorates of public employees of all offices of the 3 Government levels, also complying with the Open Government Partnership that obliges all offices, by compromise, to participate in several manners and above all to have an ever wider catalogue of regulated institutions that ge nerate impact contents for systematically satisfying the society an making it to perceive that the Government has the strong conviction and intention of working on the benefit of the same, therefore seducing and captivating the society as the trend is the Transparency and access to the public data. This means that the process allows any public employee of any office to provide information, using the INTERFACE, combining the buttons or filters, for locating the market niche to be impacted according to the information to be provided in seconds, the information being on its destination by means of a third party that responds for the supplied information.
