The optimum hull cleaning time guiding method according to the present invention has a composition to perform a hull cleaning capable of removing a biofouling of the outer wall of a vessel at optimum time. The present invention is able to systemically guide optimum hull cleaning time without a necessity for a captain or a crew to determine hull cleaning time and thereby is able to control hull cleaning costs and operating costs in balance.
