According to one aspect of an RF receiving coil unit, a phase array coil device including the same, and a magnetic resonance imaging device including the same, a clear image can be obtained when a magnetic resonance image is photographed because the interference of a signal generated by a plurality of cables is reduced. An embodiment of the RF receiving coil unit comprises; a coil element; an amplifier which amplifies a signal received by the coil element and delivers it to a main body; and a rectifying unit which receives a power source and commutates the power source and delivers direct power current to the amplifier.
