<p>The present invention relates to a hyperglycosylated human growth hormone NexP-hGH protein having improved in vivo durability and a method for producing the same. In particular, the present invention relates to a particular isoform of a long-acting human growth hormone NexP-hGH protein fused with a human growth hormone and a hyperglycosylated alpha-1 antitrypsin mutant for improving in vivo durability and a method for producing the same. The isoform is an isoform of a long-acting human growth hormone NexP-hGH protein fused with a human growth hormone (hGH) and a hyperglycosylated alpha-1 antitrypsin mutant (NexP), wherein the isoelectric point is 5.2 or less. Glycosylation is remarkably improved compared to a wild-type human growth hormone, so that in vivo durability is remarkably improved and medicinal effects are also excellent.</p> |
