PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reliably maintain a valve opening/closing state, and operate a valve at a small amount of power.SOLUTION: A columnar permanent magnet magnetized in a radial direction is used as a movable element 1. A stator 5 is provided on one side in a movable shaft direction across the movable element 1, and a stator 6 is provided on the other side. The stator 5 is constituted by permanent magnets 7-1, 7-2 and a cylindrical yoke 7-3. An N-pole of the permanent magnet 7-1 is on the movable element 1 side, and an S-pole of the permanent magnet 7-2 is on the movable 1 side. The stator 6 is constituted by permanent magnets 8-1, 8-2 and a cylindrical yoke 8-3. An S-pole of the permanent magnet 8-1 is on the movable element 1 side, and an N-pole of the permanent magnet 8-2 is on the movable element 1 side. Movable element rotation means 15 comprising an electromagnetic coil 16 and yokes 17-1, 17-2 is provided. Arrangement of a magnetic pole of the movable element 1 is switched between first arrangement (an S-pole is on an upper side, and an N-pole is on a lower side) and second arrangement (the N-pole is on the upper side, and the S-pole is on the lower side), and the movable element 1 is latched at a moving position on one side and the other side in the movable shaft direction. A valve body 12 is closed at a moving position to one side, and the valve body 12 is opened to a moving position to the other side. |
