PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a person receiving video data or voice data to perform feedback to a person sending them, in a video conference system.SOLUTION: There is provided a transmission management system for managing image or voice communication of a plurality of transmission terminals. The transmission management system includes: a first management unit for managing origination information on a series of images or voice originated from a first transmission terminal; a second management unit for managing a comment sentence which is received from a user terminal of a user of a second transmission terminal for receiving the images or voice and shows a comment on the images or voice, in association with the origination information; an identification unit for identifying the first transmission terminal originating the images or voice, by using the origination information associated with the comment sentence in the second management unit; and a first output unit for outputting the comment sentence to the first transmission terminal identified by the identification unit. |
