PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic device, operation support method, and operation support program capable of performing a highly reliable operation support on the basis of a link travel time received from an outside.SOLUTION: An operation support program 200 to be performed by an on-vehicle device 100 includes: self vehicle position identification means 202 for identifying a self vehicle position; FM multiplex information reception means 204 for receiving the first link travel time of a road link to be distributed by FM multiplexing; storage means 206 for storing the first link travel time; beacon information reception means 208 for receiving a second link travel time to be distributed from a beacon; link travel time determination means 210 for comparing the first and second link travel times and determining whether both of them coincide or not; distance calculation means 212 for calculating a distance from a beacon arrangement position to a link terminal point in response to the determination result; recommended travel speed calculation means 214 for calculating the recommended travel speed of a vehicle on the basis of the second link travel time; and required time calculation means 216 for calculating a required time to a destination.
