PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device and a method for removing unnecessary plants or weeds from an area of a farm land or a grass plot, etc.SOLUTION: The invention includes: three-dimensional imagers 1203A-C configured so as to capture an image of a plant and position the plant; an image processor configured so as to distinguish between a necessary plant and an unnecessary plant based on the captured plant image; at least one laser device configured so as to irradiate a laser beam having the power enough to damage the unnecessary plant; a guiding system configured so as to direct at least one laser beam to the unnecessary plant; and a chassis configured so as to support the three-dimensional imagers, the laser device, and the guiding system. |
