PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conductive resin belt which can be manufactured at a low cost, and configured to improve mechanical characteristics, electric characteristics, and flame retardancy required for an intermediate transfer belt.SOLUTION: A conductive resin belt includes: polyetherimide or polyether sulfone; polyether ether ketone or polyphenylene sulfide; a copolymer of ethylene and glycidyl methacrylate or a polymer having an oxazoline group; and a conductivity application material. When 500V is applied, surface resistivity of the conductive resin belt is 10-10&OHgr;/square. When 100V is applied, volume resistivity thereof is 10-10&OHgr; cm. A structure of a cross section has a disperse phase and a continuous phase. A reactive polymer exists with a probability of 30-70% in an interface thickness of 10nm-1 μm of the disperse phase and the continuous phase. The conductivity application material exists unevenly in one of the continuous phase and the disperse phase.
