PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an in-wheel motor drive device excelling in the attachment and detachment workability of a brake caliper.SOLUTION: An in-wheel motor drive device 1 has: a hub 10 to which a wheel 3B is mounted; an electric motor 11 coaxially arranged on the inner side in the width direction of a vehicle 4 with respect to the hub 10; a motor housing 13 containing the electric motor 11; and a brake caliper 18 pinching a brake disc 15 with a pair of brake pads 16 which are arranged on both sides of the brake disc 15. The brake caliper 18 is fixed to the outer periphery of the motor housing 13 by screwing-in of bolts 32 from the radial outside of the motor housing 13 to the radial inside. |
