<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nonvolatile semiconductor storage device and a data transfer method capable of reducing power consumption in data transfer between data latches and data calculation and accelerating the data calculation.SOLUTION: In a nonvolatile semiconductor storage device according to an embodiment, a transfer gate NT1 is electrically connected to a data latch XDL and a data bus DBUS. Transfer gates NT21 and NT22 are electrically connected to a data latch LDL and a data bus LBUS. A transfer gate NT3 is electrically connected to the data buses DBUS and LBUS. A precharge control unit 1 is connected between a power supply terminal and the data bus DBUS and controlled on the basis of a value of data stored in the data latch XDL. A precharge control unit 2 is connected between the power supply terminal and the data bus DBUS and controlled on the basis of a value of data transferred from the data latch LDL to the data bus LBUS.</p> |
