PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To transfer facsimile data to an image forming apparatus installed in a user destination in cooperation with user schedule, thereby improving user convenience.SOLUTION: A schedule-linked print service device 10 includes: a recipient determination unit 11 which determines a recipient of facsimile data received by a first image forming apparatus; a base determination unit 12 which determines a base of the recipient by referring to a user DB 101; a destination determination unit 13 which determines a destination of the recipient by referring to a schedule DB 102; a move determination unit 16 which determines a location to which the recipient has moved, on the basis of determination results of the base determination unit 11 and the destination determination unit 12; an output device determination unit 17 which determines a second image forming apparatus installed in the destination of the recipient by referring to a facility DB 103; and a data transfer unit 14 which acquires the facsimile data from the first image forming apparatus and transfers the facsimile data to the second image forming apparatus.
