<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a substrate for recording head, a recording head and an ink jet recording unit which are suitable for high density of nozzles, which have a low failure rate, and have a long service life.SOLUTION: A substrate 30 for recording head is formed by laminating a first electrode wiring 13 connected to a drive circuit for driving an electric heat conversion device 15 and a second electrode wiring 16 on which the electric heat conversion device is disposed via an insulation layer 14 and the first and second electrode wirings are connected. The second electrode wiring is connected to the first electrode wiring disposed on a position where the first electrode wiring does not face the electric heat conversion device disposed on the second electrode wiring via the insulation layer.</p> |
