<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce a heat radiation device having excellent heat radiation performance by improving the brazeability on the outer surface of a heat exchanger.SOLUTION: An aluminum alloy material (15) composing a heat exchanger (10) contains, by mass, 0.7-1.2% of Mn, 0.02-0.7% of Fe and 0.05-0.4% of Si. The area ratio of an Al-Fe based intermetallic compound is 0.3 to 1.5%, and the average grain size of a crystal is 50 to 500μm. An exothermic heat-accompanying component (20) is surface-joined to the outer surface of the heat exchanger (10) composed by the aluminum alloy material (15) using an Al-Si based alloy brazing material (33) containing 0.02 to 0.7 mass% of Fe.</p> |
