<p>The present invention relates to an apparatus to measure sound insulation, and a method to measure sound insulation. The apparatus to measure sound insulation comprises: at least a pair of vibration measuring sensors installed in both side surfaces of a panel whose sound insulation performance is to be measured, and which measures the vibration levels in accordance to a sound source; and a measuring unit which measures sound insulation performance by comparing the vibration levels measured by the pair of vibration measuring sensors.</p> |
