The present invention provides a semiconductor device which adjusts equivalent series resistance (ESR) generated by a MOS decoupling capacitor. To achieve this, the semiconductor device comprises: a plurality of decoupling capacitors electrically connected between a first wiring and a second wiring which are mutually connected in parallel; and a plurality of switches connected between a common source/drain end of adjacent first and second decoupling capacitors and the second wiring.
