The present invention relates to a washing machine. The washing machine has a water level sensing device which has improved accuracy to detect a low water level and is arranged separately from a main printed circuit board (PCB), and is provided to increase the watertightness of the water level sensing device and reduce the corrosiveness of the water level sensing device. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the washing machine comprises: an outer tub having washing water accommodated therein; a water valve opening and closing a flow path of washing water supplied to the outer tub; a control unit controlling the water valve; a main PCB electrically connected to the control unit; and a water level sensing device arranged separately from the main PCB in order to sense the capacitance changed in accordance with the level of washing water accommodated in the outer tub.
