The present invention relates to an open-type BLDC motor having a function of prevention the inflow of steel powder. In a BLDC motor which includes: a motor housing (100) having a space; a stator (200) which is formed in the motor housing (100), has a hollow part and multiple coil winding parts (210) formed in a radial direction, has a space (S) between the coil winding parts (210), and has a slit-type coil insertion hole (220) connected to the space (S) and the hollow part; and a rotator (300) formed in the hollow part of the stator (200); provided is an open-type BLDC motor having a function of prevention the inflow of steel powder. A cylindrical sleeve (400) is inserted between the hollow part of the stator (200) and the outer surface of the rotator (300). Multiple ribs (410) which are inserted into the coil insertion hole (220) to seal, protrude from the outer surface of the sleeve (400). According to the present invention, in an open-type BLDC motor, the inflow of powder generated in a grinding process is prevented so that internal attachment or accumulation can be prevented. Thereby, the flow of internal air can be smoothed, the output deterioration of a motor can be prevented, and high efficiency state for a long time can be maintained. |
