The present invention relates to an apparatus for winding electrode assembly, comprising a supplying roller which supplies an electrode plate and a separator respectively; a transferring roller which transfers the electrode plate and the separator supplied from the supplying roller; and a winding roller which winds the electrode plate and the separator together transferred by the transferring roller. In the present invention, the transferring roller has a first static eliminator inside which removes static electricity from the electrode plate or the separator supported and transferred by the transferring roller by discharging ions out of the transferring roller.
