<p>A composition of MKRN1 which is a controlling factor of p14 anti-oncogene is used for easily checking the level of aging cells and tissues and for screening and curing gastric cancer. More specifically, the present invention relates to a method for screening a composition for inhibiting cell aging, comprising a step of processing candidate samples in the cell lines to be analyzed; and measuring the level of activity of MKRN1 protein in the cell line.</p> |
