PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To process the whole manufacturing process on a conveyor-line fully automatically, adhere stone particles on a roof material and the like made of a steel plate rapidly and surely during the process, achieve improvement of quality, and improve efficiency and rationalization of work.SOLUTION: A roof material 1 made of a steel plate is placed on a conveyor 2, and a two liquid mixture adhesive agent 30 is applied on a top face 1A and a side face 1B of a roof material 1 made of a steel plate from a two liquid mixture adhesive agent spray device 3. Stone particles 5 are dropped from a hopper 4A(4B) onto the top face 1A and the side face 1B of the roof material 1 made of the steel plate on which the adhesive agent 30 is applied, and are adhered thereon. The roof material 1 made of the steel plate on which the stone particles 5 are adhered is put into a first drying furnace 11 to dry the adhesive agent 30. The dried top face 1A and the side face 1B of the roof material 1 made of the steel plate are coated with a top coat 14. The roof material 1 made of the steel plate coated with the top coat 14 is put into a second drying furnace 12 to dry the top coat 14. The roof materials 1 are manufactured on a conveyor-line fully automatically. |
