PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve heat exchange efficiency, and make temperature of a cell stack more uniform.SOLUTION: An accommodation housing 20 has a combustion exhaust gas emission part 21 having a top face 20a and side peripheral faces 20b-20e extending downward from an entire circumference of its top face edge, and exhausting combustion exhaust gas from a combustion part from inside to outside. An air jacket housing 30 having air flow passages L1-L4 for circulating air supplied to a fuel battery cell inside is provided so as to surround at least an entire outer peripheral face of the accommodation housing 20 between an inner periphery and the side peripheral faces 20b-20e and the top face 20a of the accommodation housing 20 so that the combustion exhaust gas can be freely circulated. The air flow passages L1-L4 of the air jacket housing 30 are formed across an entire region of a portion opposed to at least the entire outer peripheral face.
