PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an abnormality determination apparatus of a battery pack system in which an abnormality determination circuit can be configured at the same reference potential as an output level of a drive signal outputted from a drive circuit.SOLUTION: In a drive signal in an absolute level range V8-V4 most level-shifted by a first level shift circuit 9g, a second level shift circuit 10 returns the drive signal again to a drive signal in an absolute level range based on ground GND (predetermined potential). An uncertainty diagnostic circuit 7 determines abnormality or not in accordance with the drive signal. Thereby when the drive signal operating in the absolute level range most level-shifted by the first level shift circuit 9g can be normally detected, the uncertainty diagnostic circuit 7 can guarantee that a level-shifted voltage is secured even in unit level shift circuits 11a-11e arranged on the way of a route. On the contrary, when the drive signal shows an abnormal value generated due to voltage shortage of battery cells B1-B8 or abnormal operation of the first level shift circuit 9g, the abnormal operation can be accurately determined. |
