PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for adjusting the concentration of a curry sauce to a favorite degree, with the sauce having a sizzling taste at a maintained temperature.SOLUTION: A customer himself can make a sauce with a favorite concentration by joining a curry roux and soup separately served immediately before eating. In addition, a customer can enjoy the taste having a different concentration during meal. With use of a heating apparatus such as a stone pot, a customer can experience the sizzling taste of the finished sauce. Further, the temperature of the sauce is maintained to the last, so that the meal can be taken in a hot state. Further an instant curry of a new type having a roux and a sauce separately is manufactured and sold as merchandise. |
