<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mold support system for hollow glass product molding machine that can guarantee a temporally accurate array and has a simple structure which is small in overall size.SOLUTION: A mold support system includes a support structure 12, and a first carriage and a second carriages fitted slidably to a first rod 14 and a second rod 16 of the support structure 12 respectively,and the two carriages support a first mold support arm 6 and a second mold support arm respectively. The system includes means of controlling mutual displacement of the first and second carriages between positions where the carriages are arranged closely to each other and a correspondence position where the carriages are arranged apart from each other, and guide means of guiding one of the two carriages to the other carriage during the mutual displacement of those carriages.</p> |
