PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent reduction in detection accuracy by introducing light from a measured object D into a wavelength dispersion element with same efficiency regardless of a distance from an optical axis of a collimator lens in spectroscopy measurement devices having a configuration of taking in the light from the measured object D by a collimator optical system.SOLUTION: A spectroscopy measurement device comprises: an image formation optical system 1 that forms light from a measured object D on a predetermined image-formation plane; a plurality of light waveguide tubes 22 that is arranged at a position mutually different in an incidence edge 23 on the image-formation plane, and has a light emerging edge 24 one-dimensionally arranged; a collimator optical system 5 that is an optical system telecentric at least on the light emerging edge 24 side, and converts light emerging from the light emerging edge 24 of the plurality of light waveguide tubes 22 into parallel light; a wavelength dispersion element 6 that causes a one-dimensional area image to be formed by light passing through the collimator optical system 5 to disperse a wavelength in a direction orthogonal to the one-dimensional area; and an optical detector 8 that detects light passing through the wavelength dispersion element 6 by a plurality of light reception elements arrayed two-dimensionally.
|
