<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a production method of cool water of a scallop liquid in which calcination powder of a scallop is completely dissolved with a food additive added without boiling the calcination powder of a scallop and without using a chemical.SOLUTION: A production method of cool water of a scallop liquid comprises the steps of: pouring 500 ml of ground water or distilled water into a container, dissolving 5 g of calcination powder of a scallop with a small amount of water, mixing the solution in which the calcination powder of a scallop is dissolved with 500 ml of ground water or distilled water, and agitating and mixing 500 ml of the obtained scallop solution and 33 g of citric acid, thereby producing 500 ml of a scallop solution; preparing 500 ml of ground water or distilled water in a container, and agitating and mixing 500 ml of ground water or distilled water and 32 g of sodium bicarbonate, thereby producing 500 ml of a sodium bicarbonate solution; and agitating and mixing 500 ml of the scallop solution and 500 ml of the sodium bicarbonate solution, and standing for 24 hours or more for degassing carbon dioxide, thereby obtaining 1000 ml of a scallop deodorant solution.</p> |
