<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently remove an alkali metal halide from an unpurified polymer having a terminal unsaturated group containing an alkali metal halide as an impurity.SOLUTION: There is provided a method for purifying a polymer having a terminal unsaturated group, which comprises: a crystallization step of adding water and a surfactant to a first crude liquid containing a polymer having a terminal unsaturated group and an alkali metal halide as an impurity and followed by dehydration to obtain a second crude liquid containing crystals of the alkali metal halide; and a solid-liquid separation step of solid-liquid separating the second crude liquid to remove crystals of the alkali metal halide, wherein in the solid-liquid separation step, the liquid temperature of the second crude liquid is set at 100 to 150°C.</p> |
