PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a clear-coated stainless steel sheet which is excellent in corrosion resistance and designability and keeps the corrosion resistance for a long period.SOLUTION: A clear-coated stainless steel sheet includes a stainless steel sheet, a chemical conversion treatment film which is formed by subjecting at least one side of the stainless steel sheet to a chemical conversion treatment and contains a coupling agent and a clear coating film consisting of a hardened coating film of a thermosetting resin on the surface of the chemical conversion treatment film. At least one of the chemical conversion treatment film and the clear coating film contains a liquid rust-preventive agent.
