PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce complexity of calculation to compensate a nonlinear distribution, to thereby reduce the circuit scale of a signal processing circuit.SOLUTION: A nonlinear distortion compensation device includes: a first signal generator unit 21 for generating from an input signal a signal having second multiple levels lower than first multiple levels; a nonlinear distortion calculation unit 22 for calculating the nonlinear distortion of the signal having the first multiple levels on the basis of the signal having the second multiple levels generated by the first signal generator unit 21; and a nonlinear compensation unit 23 for compensating the nonlinear distortion for the signal having the first multiple levels on the basis of the nonlinear distortion calculated by the nonlinear distortion calculation unit 22.
