PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a filtered radiation hardened flip flop with reduced power consumption.SOLUTION: A flip flop circuit 10A comprises: a first stage 26; and a second stage 28. The first stage and the second stage each have interleaved filters 32, 36. The interleaved filter of the first stage comprises: a first stage delay circuit; and a first stage output buffer having a first input coupled to an input of the flip flop circuit and a second input coupled to an output of the first stage delay circuit.
