<p>A panel edge band trimming apparatus includes a trimming unit trimming an edge band attached to a side surface of a curved portion of a wave portion in a length direction in a predetermined portion of a wave panel movement path of a vertical frame such that the edge band has the same shape as that of the curved portion in the length direction, wherein the trimming unit comprises an adjusting cylinder provided on an upper portion of the vertical frame, a support bracket to which a spring is connected; a rotary bracket connected to one side of the adjusting cylinder; a vertical bracket downwardly installed in the other end portion of the rotary bracket; and a trimming cutter unit installed below the vertical bracket, wherein a lifting and lowering operation of the trimming cutter unit performed along the curved portion of the wave panel is elastically supported by rotary force of the rotary bracket and elastic force of the support bracket spring to allow the edge band to be trimmed in the same shape as that of the curved portion of the wave panel in the length direction. Thus, aesthetic sense of the side surface of a corner of the wave panel can be secured and a processed surface of the edge band of the wave panel is elegantly formed to enhance quality of the wave panel, manufacturing cost can be reduced by shortening a time for processing the edge band of the wave panel, and the wave panel itself provides the interior effect.</p> |
